Have you noticed how great our palms look on the community islands? Darren Dorsey of Alston Family Tree Service completed the work for us. He is extending the terrific price we recieved of no more than $50 per tree (depending on the amount of dead growth to be removed) for homeowners within Garden Patio. Here you will find a copy of the 2023 Community Amenities Survey we completed last August.

The PDF document in the link above contains all the information that was collected. The Amenities Committee will use this information to help determine where money should/could be spent in the coming year(s) based on the community interests and demographics of our community.

If you take the time to look at all the information you will see that of those that responded, 95% are owners and 92% permanent residents. We also have about 25% of our households with 3 or more members, which could represent a growing proportion of children. As an HOA, Garden
Patio had 32 of our 66 households respond, a great response for this type of survey.

Conclusions/summary of the survey can be found on pages 26-27.

As a board, we will keep you updated as further decisions are contemplated.
