HOW ONLINE PAYMENTS WORK:
When on the payment page, remember to enter your invoice number (this will be on your physical invoice that was mailed and/ or emailed to you) (Invoice number example: 261423 = (261 - for the current year) and (423 - represents your house number).
Online payments can be made with a credit or debit card. A Convenience Fee of approx. 3.1% is included in your payment (this helps offset bank fees charged to your HOA). By making your payment through this website, you agree to these charges and fees to be added to your credit or debit transaction. Paying your HOA dues online is secure, easy, quick and convenient! All your account information will remain secure, just like when paying any other bill online. If you do not want to pay the added convenience fee, you are welcome to submit your payment with a personal check or money order and submit your payment to the address provided on your HOA dues invoice.
