HOW ONLINE PAYMENTS WORK:
When on the payment page, remember to enter your invoice number (this will be on your physical invoice that was mailed and/ or emailed to you) (Invoice number example: 251-423 - represents the current year and your house number).
Online payments are FREE if you choose to set up and use ACH direct-payment from your checking account. An ACH is an electronic funds transfer made between banks and credit unions commonly used for all kinds of bill payment transactions. When choosing to pay with a credit or debit card, a 3% Convenience Fee will be added. By making your payment through this website, you agree to these charges and fees to be added to your ACH, credit or debit transaction. Either way, paying your HOA dues online is secure, easy, quick and convenient! All your account information will remain secure just like when paying any other bill online.
